ISAPP’s 2026 annual meeting in Tokyo brings together expert scientists from across the globe for an interactive forum for learning, community building and advancing the science together over three days.
The first day features a symposium plenary program co-developed with the Japanese Society for Lactic Acid Bacteria, the Intestinal Microbiology Society, and the Japanese Association for Food Immunology. Session chairs from ISAPP and these local scientific societies have curated a program featuring local and international scientists to maximize international knowledge exchange and professional connections. This day is open to external registration, and is included within the annual meeting registration for invited experts, industry members and SFA delegates.
These symposium sessions will be followed by ISAPP’s familiar, high-interest meeting program for members and invited experts over two days, which includes plenary lectures, late breaking news, an interactive panel discussion, and an afternoon of discussion groups on current and topical scientific issues. The program will conclude with a member program for student and industry members to explore ongoing implementation of science in the field.
